Canada Citizenship and Permanent Residency Card

A permanent residence card widely known as a Canada PR Card allows individuals to live, work, and study in Canada permanently, provided they maintain their permanent resident status. It also provides access to social services and benefits, such as healthcare and education.

To apply for and gain Canadian permanent residence and a PR card, individuals must meet certain eligibility requirements, including language proficiency, education, and work experience. Temporary Residence – Canada Study Permit, Work Permit and Visitor Visa

For a Canada study visa or a study permit. you need to have, among other things, an acceptance letter from a designated learning institution (DLI) in Canada, prove that you meet all the requirements like financial ability, having no serious medical issues and no criminal record and be able to convince the visa officer that you will leave Canada at the end of your studies. The study permit along with a Canada visitor visa or an electronic travel authorization (eTA) is required to enter Canada.

Canada work permit

A work permit is a document issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) that allows a person to work legally in Canada. It sets out conditions for the worker such as the type of work, employer, location, and duration.

A work permit allows temporary work in Canada. There are two types: employer-specific and open. An employer-specific permit is tied to a specific employer with a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) or LMIA-exempt offer of employment from the government. An LMIA is a document that an employer in Canada must usually obtain before hiring a foreign worker. An open work permit allows the worker to work for any employer anywhere in Canada. These work permits are only given in specific circumstances.

Canada Express Entry is a program designed to help skilled workers immigrate to Canada quickly and efficiently. The program is point-based, with individuals earning points based on their age, language proficiency, education, work experience, and other factors.
